Latest News KartSport Hamilton is thrilled to announce that entries are now available online for the 2012 MG Tyres NZ Ltd National Sprint Championships. With National Titles up once again the National Sprint Championships are THE EVENT to stamp your name not only on the silver trophies but in the front of the KartSport Manual for all of time. The Club has been working towards this event for some time and has the experience of hosting multiple National Events over the years. The facility looks great and you all know the food is the best in NZ with loads of healthy alternatives and hot pots of pasta etc. KartSport Hamilton is also working with a number of Companies to promote and support this event both in the Waikato & further afield. Classes require minimum numbers by the 6th March 2012 – so enter now. Keith Robertshaw The Hamilton club would like to extend its condolenses to Carole Robertshaw and family with the passing of Keith on the 6th January 2012. Keith was a life member of the Hamilton club and both Carole & Keith were active committee members for approximately 20+ years and then continued to attend the clubs AGM and take an interest in the club. Keith's skills as a builder were put to good use over the years, building the tower, decks and fences around the circuit. He also was a starter for a number of years on club days, when the starter sat on the outside of turn 1 in all weather while Carole was the club race secretary and helped at every meeting. Keith was a valued source of information when the committee's over the years have needed advice and he will be sadly missed.
